Two books published. A third in development. The crew is building the trailer right now, and it goes to the Future Vision XPRIZE on August 15. I need $5,000 to pay them, and I would rather you were in the room for this than hear about it after.
Five years ago I started writing a world where the extractive systems actually got replaced. Not reformed. Not disrupted. Replaced, by something that works the way living systems work.
Book One, The Awakening, is published. Book Two, The Remembering, is published. Book Three is in active development.
On August 15 I submit The Bloom Protocol to the Future Vision XPRIZE. A three-minute trailer and a twelve-page treatment for a forty-episode series. Grand prize is $2.6 million with Range attached as producers.
The trailer is in production right now. This week the crew is placing the music, recording the voiceover, and rendering the illustration work for the glyphs and the characters. All of it has to be finished and delivered inside eight days.
That costs $5,000, and the people doing the work need paying this week.
So I am asking you directly, because you are already here.
The Bloom Protocol is not a one-off. Book Three is in development. The treatment covers forty episodes.
As this moves from page to screen there will be production roles, vendor partnerships, illustration and design contracts, music licensing, product placement, and community events. Real work, paid, over years.
The people in this room first hear about all of it first. That is what this actually is. Not a fundraiser with a widget at the end. A door.
| Video and post production | $2,500 |
| Illustration and glyph render passes | $500 |
| Reserve: narration, licensing, shipping, processing fees | $2,000 |
| Total | $5,000 |
Every line above is money going to a person doing the work. If we clear the goal, the overage goes to the Book Three development fund and I will say so publicly.
Pay with PayPal, Venmo, or any credit card. No PayPal account needed.
Every contributor, at every tier, gets first call on production opportunities as the series develops. Crew calls, vendor needs, placements, screenings. You will not have to wait for a job board. You are already in the room.
A stake in a production, early, before it is a thing everyone knows about.
Your name goes on the record. You see the work before anyone outside the crew. You get the reference material the illustrators are drawing from. And when the roles and contracts open up on a forty-episode series, you hear first.
You are buying in, not chipping in.
This is where your name goes. The roll updates daily through the campaign, and I will email you to confirm exactly how you want yours to read before it is published.
Either way the work gets finished. The question is who is in the room when it does.
Be in the room
